Trinity Academy is a secondary free school in Bristol that is part of Amplify Education.

In July, just two weeks before the end of term, Trinity Academy received a formal grievance, a situation all too familiar in the sector. The operations team needed to provide support for 8-10 investigation meetings, but with the usual end-of-year pressures there was limited time and capacity to take and type up detailed notes, let alone circulate to all parties involved.

Solution

Trinity staff used Scriba’s ‘Investigations’ functionality. This allowed staff to record investigation meetings securely, using AI to produce accurate, well-structured notes that captured all questions, responses and statements.
